Description On the lookout to build a team of well-rounded chefs and passionate cooks for a new and exciting eatery in Howick, Curry’s Post.
I am not in search of hot headed, flashy chefs. I don’t care if you made the world’s best Béarnaise sauce in France or how you can butcher an entire cow blindfolded.
I am searching of chefs who want to grow along lines of honesty, humility, curiosity and consistency.
Requirements (not subject to)
- Well-rounded cooks (hot, cold, pastry sections)
- 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Food hygiene standards and practises
- Ability to work within a team.
- Ability to learn from me and grow with me
- Hands-on (PLEASE, I cannot hear ”it’s not my section”)
- Organisational skills
- Time management
- Resilience & stamina
- Ability to work weekends. No night works!
