Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of proposal drafts and final submissions for clients won per SMART
  • Initiate engagement letter issuance & fee communication notes annually
  • Roll forward financial statements
  • Opening & roll forward with UID (where applicable) of eAudit files – checks for job codes & linking to those codes
  • Controls over FS stamping linked to audit close out audit close out
  • Issuance of FS – Log linked to job codes
  • Management letter/Rep letter and board packs – Log linked to job codes
  • Maintain local original per retention requirements
  • Indexing soft copies of FS, engagement letters & fee communication notes
  • Audit memo – Log of audit memo prior to eAudit close out initiation
  • Trigger code status change upon eAudit close out
  • Scan, fax, copy, print, file and bind various documents for both clients and internal use
  • Coordinate, prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, reports and Opinions


  • Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Financial/ Accounting/ Business Administration (Preferable)
  • Work Experience Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience in record management or administration is desirable
  • Knowledge / Technical Skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills with a results-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks from initial stages to completion within set time parameters
