Key Responsibilities

  • Issuing fee accounts for each job; raising and sending invoices to clients, chasing unpaid invoices and resolving any queries in relation to unpaid debt.
  • Inputting information into database.
  • Dealing directly with clients, responding to enquiries and building a working relationship with them.
  • Using all IT Applications including the Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Arranging inspections on behalf of the team and the regional offices as part of a portfolio.
  • Intermediate to Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Confident and assertive where required
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks.

Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in working in the property sector, (preferably commercial although not essential)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • An interest in the property sector and an enthusiasm to learn.
  • Intermediate to Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Confident and assertive where required

Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks.
