Position Overview.

  • Finalize design of Eurasia and Middle East guest packages (per current proposed design) across multiple tiers
  • Plan guest packages and the holistic Hospitality experience for customers, consumers and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate hospitality needs across different Operating Unit functions and deliver against managed expectations
  • Maintain fluid communication across the Operating Unit around hospitality program
  • Work in close collaboration with Global hospitality team to find synergies and deliver seamless hospitality experiences for TCCC as a whole
  • Manage against the resources allocated for the hospitality program
  • Propose and deliver clear KBIs against hospitality, including a path to measure guest satisfaction
  • Execute the Eurasia and Middle East Operating Unit Hospitality program within allocated budget

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Develop hospitality concepts and programs for different hospitality targets – employees, customers consumers, government, stakeholders, etc.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to manage, implement and measure the EME OU hospitality program (transportation, housing, food and beverages, entertainment, security, gifts, tickets)
  • Brief, Evaluate and Appoint a partner agency to deliver and manage
  • Manage and develop effective relationships with Agencies, Hotels, external Partners and internal cross-functional partners
  • Manage event ticket allocation including day ticket packages, seat assignment for local customers and staff incentives
  • Work with Global Hospitality Team to capture all potential synergies between global and local programs
  • Manage Fifa World Cup Hospitality Budget and Expense Reconciliation

Education Requirements

5-7 years of experience in Hospitality / Event Management and good knowledge of caterer/hotel/transportation customer structure in Middle East (Qatar/KSA)

  • Event Management Experience
  • System Global Hospitality experience desired
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Energy, flexibility, initiative, problem solving
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under high pressure
  • Superior personal presentation and communication ability
  • Knowledge of Middle East, preferably Qatar, Hotel/Gastronomy, Transportation and Catering scene, contacts desired
  • Understanding of customer needs
